Why not take 34 prisoners from ANY prison and cut their heads off and make a
ring of 8' high stakes to hold said heads. Tomorrow when they blow up some
more innocents we let the local Iraqis do it again. Sooner or later they
will see that and eye for an eye is only going to make the locals hate them.
In the same way the USA can say bad new puppet regime. Wink, Wink, Nod,
Nod.
