Well, gee, we're talking about party membership, but how people vote
doesn't matter???
OK, then, what measure do you want to use? Go look up the voting
records for Penfield for any of the "major" elections. Get the number
of registered members for each party. See if there is even a Democratic
organization in the town - I've never heard of one.
