I still think a flat tax without any deductions works. A man
making $1,000,000 should pay 10 x in real dollars as a man making
100,000. A man making $30,000 pays $4500, and man making
$1,000,000 pays $150,000.

I think that would take out some resentments on both sides. The
rich can't get any crazy tax shelters, the poor can't take a free
ride.

Why should a man making $12,000 a year pay no taxes at all?
