In my opinion, this will not be a very productive way to get things
resolved. Having a few dozen people all trying to come to an agreement
will not be very likely. Also, we'll need to know the video cost
*before* the parents meeting, since we'll be asking them for their
money then, and we need to be able to explain what expenses went into
those numbers.
I'd still like to try the original notion of meeting with him and
working things out ahead of the parents meeting. We've got the input of
all of us as well as the boys; that should be enough to come to an
agreement.
