I bet $100 of Ed's money that, with the armada of lawyers both sides are
likely to deploy, there won't be a precinct in America, however wide the
margin of victory one way or the other, that won't be challenged. We should
sort out the 2004 election some time around 2020...
A whole new breed of trial layer---the "precinct malfunction
practice"---will emerge.
