Is this happening to anyone, where, you use the view designer to build a
remote view and when you go to save the view you get a warning that a
'parameter is missing'?
This is happening to me and I go look at the SQL select that is built
and it looks OK to me, except it is written out in dbo.tablename.column
which gets a little difficult to read when a bunch of columns are
selected, anyway, if I manually write the SQL Select and then save the
view, it saves OK ... What's up with that?
