I just got a spam about donating my car to charity, and I remembered the
IH Scout ][ my uncle left in my driveway (my driveway is formerly my
grandparents driveway, where he was living until I bought the place).
The guy is a drifter, and bills are piling up, including his cell phone,
so there's no way it's operational.

There is no title, and as nifty a machine as it still is, the bottom is
falling out - so no pet project ;)

According to the DMV, if we called it in as abandoned, we would have to
take insurance out on it for some unholy length of time so it could be
removed. Neighbors have suggested cutting it up and leaving it for the
metal garbage guys to pickup over time.

Anyone have any other ideas, or even experience, on how I can get this
eyesore off my property? Keep in mind my one neighbor is a cop, so I'd
rather not tow it somewhere and just leave it on the roadside - and we
also know the local junkyard owner, so we don't just want to tow it
there either :P

Thanks!

Rick
