"REPLACEMENT" swings....That's what I was doing wrong! For some reason, I never thought of "replacement" so when I did google earlier, I got bazillion things about swings that had NOTHING to do with what I was wanting!

Thanks for that key word, Michael! Boy I feel silly!! ;-)
