Yes, I have done things like that in the past. I think it might be the Tag1
and Tag2 fields. I had the wrong field names in my past e-mail. When I look
at the Tag1 field it has 'winspool' which _maybe_ causing the Novell to
crash. Any other ideas?

Well, I guess there's an easy lesson there---trap and record/report your
error. In this day where most are connected to the internet, I use my
"automatic bug reporting" as a feature of my apps. It traps, records, and
reports the error to a MySQL database and then emails me to alert me to it.
Many times, I can already be investigating and perhaps even have it fixed
before the people ever call me (if they do) on the phone. My clients love
it (so far)!
