Well, I guess there's an easy lesson there---trap and record/report your
error. In this day where most are connected to the internet, I use my
"automatic bug reporting" as a feature of my apps. It traps, records,
and reports the error to a MySQL database and then emails me to alert me
to it. Many times, I can already be investigating and perhaps even have
it fixed before the people ever call me (if they do) on the phone. My
clients love it (so far)!
