for the proper news server settings for ms -
you want to use :
msnews.microsoft.com
then the proper newsgroup is
microsoft.public.fox.programmer.exchange
but you can look at entire list of fox stuff in oe - once you add
the news server, you can look at all the groups, with a filter of 'fox'
