I doubt it. They have embarked on a path (.Net) that doesn't include VFP. The VFP team is doing an amazing job keeping the product updated to work with these new tools, but that's not where Microsoft wants us to go today. I also think that if Microsoft licensed VFP under terms similar to MSDE/SQL Server, it would scare away a good part of the community. Sure, some people would continue to use it (I know I would, since I don't really use the VFP data store anymore), but I'm sure most people would either go with the glitzier VS, or leave the Microsoft camp altogether.
