Re : Vserver, can't open database file ?
I have put a database file into the Databases folder.
It is registered in the Master database
I have restarted
It is being served by the server.
This one I have just introduced I can't open ?
Error 1007 Invalid Database Name
So, I have changed name from 'DataFile' to 'Corres'
Have Deregistered 'DataFile' and now Registered 'Corres'
File is being served, Examination of master file records show
'Corres' present as record.
Still Error Code 1007, and can't open this particular file ?
The other 3 databases being served by the server I can open
and browse their contents etc.
Would there be any reason for this ?
It is a single disk file ? Should this make any difference ?
The other DB's being served are 3 disk file DB's.
This is first attempt at converting existing project.
Consequently the DB in question is one I have been using for some
time as local DB. Does this make a difference. Do I have to create
another special db to be served ?
