I'm sure it is - but on the other hand - you could as
well take your own VFP?.EXE with you on a CD.
The only files needed to run - let's say VFP7 is:
VFP7.EXE
VFP7ENU.DLL
MSVCR70.DLL
That is - if it's allowed, since IANAL...
