4 years ago you only needed a driver license, and that was to get back
into the USA. This was West Coast going to Vancouver from Washington

My wife and I would like to go to Canada in a few weeks but we can't
find our birth certificates.
What is required to travel from the US to Cananda? I'm told a birth
certificate would suffice but I'm afraid to learn that they take 3+
weeks to obtain and that's no good for our planned trip?!?!
I'm hoping someone who's traveled between the US and Canada can help me
out with what is required when traveling.
