There is an Office of Vital Records about 30 mins from me that can issue
them on the spot, I think the fee was about $7.00. It is a bit of a
drive for you but you could have them same day, It is located in
Scranton PA and should be in the phone book. Let me know if you can't
locate them and I am sure I can get you a phone #

I used them last year when we went to Bermuda :)
