And the people who want it both ways when it comes to killing the doctors that perform abortions is equally absurd. I'm sorry, let's not forget that this is a choice being made by the person who is having the abortion - this is not a choice that the doctor is making for the patient.=20
If doctors don't agree with abortions, then they shouldn't provide them. They do NOT deserve to die for performing them. If they can live with the fact that they are performing abortions, so be it. I thought we were all supposed to not judge others, but instead to let God judge people.=20
If you really feel it's "vigilantism" to go and kill someone for performing an abortion, I have a real problem with that. Feeling strongly about something does not grant someone the power to decide whether that person lives or not.=20

Andy:
My apologies for hopping into the middle of a "conversation". Witch-hunts against doctors performing abortions?!?! Sounds more like vigilantism against doctors assisting homicide. Supporters of abortion can not have it both ways; if a person can be tried for the murder of a fetus (and they can) then a doctor assisting in an abortion is likewise assisting in a homicide.
The long and the short of it is that I find your comparison of witch hunting done 311 years ago to today's acts against doctors assisting with abortions patently flawed and not worthy of your intellectual abilities.
Just my two cents worth,
Scott
