Funny, I thought it had something to do with Henry VIII's unfortunate
marital habits . . . I suppose that is a disagreement of a sort :-)
Of all the "Protestant" churches, the Episcopal is the most like the
Catholic, in my opinion. The runner up for "Catholic like" is Lutheran.
