Hi Michael. "Whidbey" is the code name for the next version of Visual Studio .NET, just like "Europa" is the code name for the next version of Visual FoxPro. The next version of the Microsoft .NET Framework (version 2.0) will be included in "Whidbey", so it doesn't have its own code name. You may already now, but "Yukon" is the code name for the next version of SQL Server. I understand that "ProFox" is the code name for the next version of the=20
Can anyone list the code names that Microsoft used for VFP 3.0, VFP 3.0 Mac, VFP 5.0, VFP 6.0, VFP 7.0, and VFP 8.0? I will send a very cool VFP 8.0 polo shirt to the first person who replies with the right answer here on ProFox (all 6 code names).
Ken

What is the "Whidbey Box" ??? I did a google search and it had a url for Don Box's blog page, but all I could gather from a cursory look it that it appears to be a name for the .Net Framework, much like "Longhorn" or "Europa" or other "code names" from M$.
