John,

Are using VSS through the VFP IDE? One thing our manager suggested is to
use the VSS IDE to checkin/out files as needed, thinking that may be the
problem. And also running a history report to make sure the file was
checked back in. At this point we'll try darn near anything!!

By doing that we'll lose the ability to compare versions since there is no
text file created. But if the code actually makes it to the repository then
we'll have only a small need of this functionality.
