Don't do it, Greg... the money involved to 'do it' won't be realized back to you for at least 6 months. In the meantime - go to the First Saturday Sale this weekend - [now in fact, till 12 noon on Sat] in downtown Dallas and walk around, talk to all of the vendors about your concept .. They should be able to give you all of the info you need about the infrastructure of setting up a shop...
I strongly recommend against this - the profit margins are so f*cking slim.... was involved with a few shops in the Houston area in my younger days - was lucky to sell my portion of the partnership when I did...
