Let's see.... VFP3 introduced the private data session. With it they added the ability to open 32k work areas. I know this for a fact, but I don't have the VFP3 help file to back me up. Again, I know it because I used to teach it to people all the time, especially since in the VFP3 days, it was a BIG deal to the new VFP3 devs (who were previous FP devs) that we had that many work areas.=20
I even seem to recall someone wrote a PRG to open that many aliases to prove the point.=20

Anybody have proof that it was 32K per data session in 3.0?
