IMO, copyright has nothing to do with this. And I don't really give a
rat's
ass about whatever legal issues may or may not be involved.
When Cindy sent you a private email, the implication was that she wanted
to
take it off the forum. That is why is was "private", John. *You* were
the
intended forum. The fact that your writings were contained in her email
is
irrelevant. You violated an implied trust and, IMO, you owe her an
apology.

I'm completely lost. Help me understand how her email wasn't a "separate
email" and why you think that it was still part of the original (ProFox)
chain. On second thought, don't.
