The archives are down when I was checking earlier(no time to try =
again now), but I'm 100% confident the C/C++ point was mentioned here in =
regards to the MSVCR70.dll. It wasn't anyone at MS that made the =
statement, making it my mistake to regurgitate this "fact".=20
