How many angels CAN dance on the head of a pin?
If the bombs started dropping on every country that defied or ignored U.N. or other international resolutions and sanctions, we'd have nuclear winter. Of course, some of the first bombs would have to be dropped on Washingon, D.C., U.S.A.
