They don't own the code; I do. However, it could have fallen under NDA, since (in their opinion) knowing the internals of vRunFox could make it easier for someone to use it to hack their system, and potentially expose them.
I don't think that that's the case, but when dealing with clients, I always error on the side of safety when it comes to their data and their trust.
