Ken:
Did you start your Email Server program? That is the program that = binds to port 110 and processes requests. On the server, go to the DOS = prompt and type:
netstat -n -a | find ":110"
This will report to you all connections(including listening sockets) = using port 110(POP3). As for solving it, find your Email program = service(hopefully a service), and start it. Any info beyond that, and = I'd need to know what Email server. :-)
