My guess is that you could only resell the academic priced edition to
another qualified academic user so if he's doing that it would be
breaking some licensing rule, but INAL.

I don't see how he is able to sell the MSDN UNIVERSAL MS Part #534-02125
for $895. I could see him selling the ACADEMIC license for $895 which is
#534-02126. Unless, someone screwed up and only charged him for the
ACADEMIC version but sent him the Non-Academic version. My cost at Tech
Data for #534-02125 is $2480.59 and lists at $2799. The ACADEMIC Version
#534-02126 costs $744.88 and lists at $979.

Something just doesn't seem quite right. Has anyone checked there MS
PART# who has gotten one from him?
