<i><font color="#663300"> I still check it everyday. I am ready to try and deploy my first CB app. I am also going to do it in the VFP7 frame work. Not letting the FW create the form that will be based on CB type views or SQLPT ala Les Pinter. I just have to try CB.
Do you have a best practice to rapidly build forms in CB? I would like to map the icontrols in options and use the form builder to set them on the form. The step by step way is really slow.

Nope, but mapping should work, espesially since CB still binds to the fields. You can drag stuff from the Project Manager's data page to the form class.

I also like Les Pinters little framework. Have you read the 'pre-release' book of his yet? It is very straight forward and doesn't use alot of code or complexity. The main problem I have with it is it doesn't really take into account using surrogate keys. Which, is fine if you have 100%E20control over the data, but sometimes you need to do it the 'standard' way.

Anyway, the main reason we switch to VFE was due to the builders and wizards. One of course being what you are looking for.

Also, you do have the code that comes with the FFC wizards, you could modify them to use the CB classes.
