Running the TestRequery.prg in my development environment gave the following results:
(A) With SET DELETED OFF : 0.031 seconds
(B) With SET DELETED ON : 0.050 seconds
After running the above tests, I have created index on DELETED() in both 'Purchase Order' and 'Purchase Order Line Items' tables and REQUERY()-ed through the form. But there was no significant improvement in performance.
