Open RegEdit, and go to <b>HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftware</b>. Under there you will find the registry entries for your apps. They are listed under the company name you entered when you ran NewApp. Just delete the whole company name key, and that's that. If you ever run the app again, it will be re-created.
