I wish to translate the messages in the program codebook into French.
I use the constants in the place of the current character strings.
I added a INCLUDE.....LANGUAGE.H in file FRAMWRK.H.
LANGUAGE.H contains the whole of the constants with their values.
It is enough to have a LANGUAGE.H by language.
ED is you to interest to integrate these modifications definitively.
