I am going fraction-step by fraction step and am now between step 2 and three in creating "Gitter". I went to re-build the project from it's own build option and I received the three line message listed below:
<begin message> Compiling d:developcodebookgitterdatagitter.dbc #INCLUDE "C:DEVCODEBOOKCOMMONINCLUDEFRAMEWRK.H" Error in line 1 (record 3): File does not exist. <end message>
Does this mean that this file is hardcoded in the CB framework (RC)? I'll go now and try to see where it is so I can change it. Wish me luck! A hint?
I found the following line in the file: appincl.h
#INCLUDE "DEVELOPCODEBOOKCOMMONINCLUDEFRAMEWRK.H"
Shouldn't there be a . [that's a dot] just before the first backlash so the program knows to search from the relative path. I know that a fixed path should have the letter of the drive too, but just a thought.
Hey! Just a second... the symbols for less than, greater than, and slashes are being stripped from the messages. Well, that's not funny either... How does one get these things to show? Peace! Pablo Rivera ============= ©2002 Pablo Rivera |
