I need to update Nextpk values when I modify tables and move them into live data... usually I zap the tables, copy them to the live directory (renaming the old tables first!) and append from the renamed tables to the newly modified and empty tables.
Is there a routine already in place that will then find the last pk in the table and update Nextpk value with that number? Right now, doing that manually, I'm overlooking things.
