The two possibilities are not mutually exclusive, you know! <b>;-)</b>
As far as I can see, the cContrls classlib only contains an OLEBoundControl subclass. I don't know why that is, other than "that's the way it always was". Why do you ask? Do you need one? It would be simple enough to add, although the i-layer version would require a manual update.
