I think I was right, when I went through my class libraries with "hackvcx" I had several duplicates, renaming and redirecting them got rid of the error. Took me long enough to start using a tool that lets me view the .vcx files without just painfully browsing every memo field!

<i><font color="#663300">I'm getting this program error "Alias name is already in use" on 'do main'
it is stopping in setup.prg line 579 which is "set classlib to &lcclasslibs"
does this mean I have a duplicate classname(s) somewhere????
I have been reorganizing my classes to attempt to "fix" some "newbie" errors I made. I think I made it worse!
Please help!
