By silent I meant there are no questions and answers its pretty stagnant, people busy :-)
I did not know about lNewChildOnNew and lNewRecordOnNewParent flags Ill give them a shot. Sure is confusing becuase if all of you can drag and drop a view onto a form and it works, what did I do so wrong.
I have documented all my steps, this is the last and the biggest step. I am documenting for placing for all newbies to use, if I can send it to you will it help in finding out what I did wrong and where.

In my case it is because I read your question and I cannot reproduce your problem. If I cannot reproduce your problem, I have no way to offer a solution. If I drag and drop a view onto a form, it is fully editable. I don't use the NewRecordOnNew option but you have to set both the lNewChildOnNew flag in the parent and the lNewRecordOnNewParent flag in the chlid for it to work.
