The reasons for which the Security's Options were removed of the Framework are in the message #4819 and another messages in thread "Ghost of Codebook past".
As an alternative you can try the classlibs that I have modified to implement the security in Codebook 6.1, you can download the zip file (with Docs in Spanish) from the "Grupo de Usuarios de Codebook en Espaņol", which requires that you register (free):

Features:
