The reason I wanted to do this was to remove the call completely from the view and as the table is not allowed due to the pattren of development.
This would free me from making changes to the table and any future corruption in the view (I could just rebuild it with minimum effort) and as my call is in the BO code, something we are all (at least me) comfortable with. Rahter than a lot of visual clicks.
