The newsletters are still downloadable from www.flashcreative.com. Along with some good business and technology articles. I've been re-reading the newsletters for a few months now, so I guess some of the articles are starting to sink in :) Check out the articles on The Template Method, Programming in the Problem Domain, and a detailed explanation of the Business Object(which i think is the heart of codebook).
