I am moving into CB6.1 and getting along ok, so far. I came from CB3 so I am trying to erase cBizObjMaint from my mind.
I am trying to develop a search form that pops up via a cmdButton. Works ok, but I want to make the search form pop up in the center of the form that called it. I tried the .ShowWindow setttings (which does it), but the main form disappears if any menu pad or toolbar is clicked on. I can code to determine window position by passing the calling forms positions and calculating in the search form, but I wondered if any of you knew a better way.
Not a big deal, just hacking my way through. As I am learning CB6.1, I may build a little sample app to post here.
