I am in single user mode and only one instance of the frmAccounts, iBizObjForm is open.</font></i>
Just a hunch.
I think you forgot to put this line under each iDynamicViewCursor that you defined in your adataenvironment.
BufferModeOveride = DB_BUFOPTRECORD
