I have also put the directories in the PATH and the ccontrls.vcx error has been removed but the itoolbar.vcx not found, locate stil lremains

there is an ilibsitoolbar.vcx and libsccontrls.vcx which sound like what you are after. I'm sorry I don't know why it wolud look for the different spelling. I don't recall either of the classes as spelt above ever existing.
