I'm too a newbie, but...

I do understand that Codebook is a volunteer supported product. But that's no excuse for the pitiful documentation.
</font></i>
That's no excuse because it no need any excuse. If I want a sevice I pay for it, If I can't pay for it (really I can't) I say thank you, CodeBook Comunity, for share your work with me.

I mean, come on - I've read through some of the threads here and I'm not the only one to be frustrated by the lack of a decent source of information. Granted there is much information to be gleaned from reviewing some of the message threads here, and on other forums that relate to this product, but let's be realistic - there needs to be ONE DEFINITIVE SOURCE.
</font></i>
It will be perfect, but the documentation I've found, I think it's enough for starting an app.

<a href="http://leafe.com/cb6dl.html"><b>Codebook Download Page</b></a>

<a href="http://flashcreative.com/Codebook/Codebook Newsletter.htm"><b>Codebook NewsLetters</b></a>

<a href="http://fox.wikis.com" target="_top"><b>Wiki</b></a>

I'm subscribed to an <a href="http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Codebook-Vfoxpro"><b>Spanish email list about CodeBook</b></a>. It has a files and documentation section, where some of us have put docs with our experience installing and creating the firts apps.

Perhaps it will be a good idea to use <a href="http://fox.wikis.com" target="_top"><b>Wiki</b></a> like a meeting-point where we (the newbies) can share our experiences. Really I'm not sure how to use it, but I think someone can start the topics.
