The Codebook News - Vol3:Issue1 has an article entitled "Creating a One-to-Many Business Object in Codebook" You can download it from Ed's or Flash's website (Although I am not sure what is happening to Flash's website since they have merged.) The principles are the same now as they ever were. After you have read that, come back here with more specific quesions.
