Possibly. While the ctmenus are *very* OOP and extremely cool, they can be unacceptably slow in production. Most of us have eschewed them for the VFP traditional menu system using Genmenux and/or table driving them.

That was another factor in my decision not to use them.<bg>
<I><FONT COLOR="#663300">If no one else uses codebook menu classes I can live with their removal. </FONT></I>
I have removed them from my template project so they don't go into my production apps, but I leave them around because they are such a classic example for so many good lessons.
