It is happening here in the states.
Home Depot has put most small hardware, plumbing, electrical businesses out of business.
Staples, officemax and office depot have put most small stationary stores out of business.
But I agree with you, Allen, if anything is being sold at a loss, then that definitely is an unfair trade practice and should be prosecuted.
