Kris,
I know that you don't know me; however, I do want you to know that I appreciate and agree with your concerns. You and your family are in our hearts and prayers. I pray sincerely for your brother's safety and your well being. May God bless you and your family in the coming year. May God bless the people in the White House with the appropriate insights.
Sincerely,
Wilson Kierstead

Hi Sal,
> Inshallah.
>From your mouth to God's ear!
I found out last week that my youngest brother Rick is shipping out to Turkey this week, and that he's going to be right in the thick of any invasion of Iraq. He has been in the Army for 16 years now, and he's already done a tour of Iraq in a tank during Desert Storm.
I don't want him killed over this latest brouhaha. This whole thing is very real to me... I remember the last go-round crying for the Iraqi's as the bombs dropped and my brother and Steve's son Josh were both over there. This time will be much worse if it happens. It won't just be lobbing bombs from a destroyer parked off shore and a bunch of tanks riding into an easy victory.
I'm scared. Nobody in our White House seems to be thinking with the right head on this one.
Hoping for peace in the New Year,
- Kris
