Good news? May be yes, may be no. Confusing.
I think you missed the meaning of the first paragraph above:
diagnose with Vapp 1.9.6 says that the db is fine even though users got 351's.
Is it possible that the conversion from 1.8.10 to 1.9.6 fixes
something? Is it possible that 351 is reported falsely?
