Hi Ruslan,=20

thanks for the answer. I don't know if it would have worked on CD-Rom =
because when we distributed the product on CD_ROMs the software (and =
Valentina files) had always to be installed on the user's hard drive. =
This is because during the usage of the software the user had to change =
the CD-ROM in the drive and that would be possible if the software =
itself would be run from the CD-ROM.

But anyway, now I known that it should work. Thanks.

Hi Christian,

If it have work on CD, why you worry about DVD? :-)

Yes, if Valentina will need rebuild index, it will use TMP system folder =
on
user HDD.

NOTE: if you KNOW what fields must have indexes, then of course it is =
better
to build index and put it on CD/DVD also. Otherwise user may see delay =
on
each start while Valentina build index for that field.
